He has 12-years experience in healthcare simulation and is currently the Director of the Center for Research, Education & Simulation Enhanced Training (CRESENT) at KFMC. Besides the various leadership positions, he chaired and participated in key hospital committees and functions. He has special expertise in hospital and simulation programs, accreditation, and health information management. He is on editorial board and reviewer of many scientific journals in the fields of simulation, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He is received his M.D from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and then did his Internal Medicine, Pulmonary & Critical Care training in the USA. He holds American Board in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. His academic and leadership career began as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cornell University, New York, USA.
